Router Bits
Solid Carbide
Our inventory includes a range of solid carbide tools tailored for standard applications, including upcut, downcut, and compression bits. Beginning with a solid carbide rod of the correct shank diameter, our advanced Anca MX7 CNC machines meticulously grind the carbide to create relief angles, sharp cutting edges, and flutes. Following a rigorous inspection, the bits are carefully packaged and delivered to you.
Carbide Tipped
Our selection of carbide-tipped tools includes precision-engineered router bits and cutters, tailored to meet your exact specifications and requirements. The process begins with your submission of a design blueprint, or alternatively, our team can draft one to suit your needs. Your tool’s steel body is then roughed in with our CNC Lathe and Mill.
Once the body profiling is completed, carbide is brazed to the pockets of the tool and faced. Next, the tool is sent to our CNC machines and given the proper profiling and relief angles. The tool then advances to testing phase, where it undergoes a thorough inspection for any potential flaws, assigned a part number, and then packaged for delivery.
Saw Blades
Do you need replacement tips on your saw blade, or just a new blade? Our team can help you select the right blade for your need or replace all the tips on your current blade. Our state-of-the-art Vollmer CNC grinds it to the correct specifications.
PCD (Polycrystalline Diamond)
Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) is used to increase the hardness of a tool as well as its stability under extreme temperatures. This is a layer of synthetic material composed of diamond particles which aids in the cutting of non-ferrous metals and composites and must be bonded to carbide.
